The common incidents of fire gutting important files in govt depts are suspected to be the handiworks of the high profile culprits to get away from the clutches of law. If you remember the important coal files had also gone missing when CBI was probing the scam.
Though it has been discussed, debated and demanded over and over by honest people of India, our country would never have digital records of its govt. documents and records because that would enable the investigators nail the culprits easily and expose the nexus of corrupt bureaucrats and politicians that has been selling India since 1947 and eating at National Exchequer.
An RTI filed by honest IAS officer, Ashok Khemka has exposed that two important pages of a file related to the controversial DLF & Robert Vadra deal are missing from govt. records
In response to this new development, Chief Secretary Mr. P K Gupta has told that an inquiry has been instituted in the matter and soon those two pages would be reconstructed.
It may be recalled that Mr. Khemka had cancelled the land deal between Robert vadra's company, SKYLIGHT HOSPITALITY and DLF when he found discrepancies in it. Soon, the matter had created national storm since high profile people were involved in the deal. But previous Hooda's govt's three member committee had given clean chit to Robert Vadra and punished Mr. Khemka. In the light of missing documents, Ashok Khemka has demanded that a case be registered since it is a serious matter and needs to be probed to find out the responsible officers behind these missing records.
