AAP has been doing work for Delhi residents with great deal of consistency. It reflects considerably in its actions that are being constantly taken for the interest of Delhi State. We have seen how LG has tried over and again to snatch away Delhi Chief Minister's powers. We must not overlook the IMPORTANT FACT that BJP had changed all the Governors in other States that were appointed by previous UPA government but Najeeb Jung in Delhi. 

Why this special favor to him? Is BJP taking favors against this special favor given to him? 

Arvind may have taken a few wrong steps but his integrity and commitment to Delhi is still intact. The way Arvind Kejriwal is fighting for his rights in Delhi is commendable challenging MHA notification of the Center in the Indian courts. A picture says thousand words but these pictures below reflect way beyond that. 

JUST IMAGINE, PM'S WIFE IS HUNTING FOR VITAL INFORMATION SINCE JANUARY

Mr. Modi has all the time in this world to express his MAN KI BAAT whenever he wishes but when he is going to speak JAN JAN KI BAAT? I figure, he has got once in a lifetime golden opportunity to write his name in the history of Indian politics with result-oriented and efficient policies and governance but it seems he would realize it after losing the next election. The impropriety has eventually eroded BJP too with in a year's time.  The PM's unbearable silence over the important issues pertaining to his questionable ministers and Rajasthan CM, is undermining his own prestige.  Doesn't he have tidings enough to realize how his obstinate silence is destructing his and BJP's image. With just two big cricketers' names out recently from the pandora box of Lamo, it is going to spill a lot more evils in the times to come. Let's wait and watch!

SOME SCAMS THAT PEOPLE COME ACROSS ON INTERNET...

Every now and again, we read so many scams happening over internet. Today I decided to write about it on my blog so that you may be aware of how people get trapped online & take precautions. There are varied scams and efrauds going on in the universe of internet like banking, credit card, cheque fraud, auction, dating scams etc. The thousands of scammers are available on net and if you are a little careful & smart you can not be entrapped by them. Mostly, internet scammers and fraudsters exploit the ignorance of the gullible people. A lots of innocent Indian fishes even educated and rich people have been caught by these cunning & crooked fellows online. 

With regard to dating deception one must be careful of all those invisible people who claim that they don't have cameras on their notebook or computer, not allowed on workplace or webcam is not functioning. One must not waste time on someone who one can not see. Never ever give out personal details  like bank account, home address and mobile numbers to someone you met online. 

They would all convince you to deposit money in your account, all they want is to access to your bank account to steal your savings. They often sell lies that they are going to send you a laptop or some jewellery or something valuable to you. if you give out your phone number then soon you would get a call from some big shipping company or someone claiming to be working in customs. they usually all say they have discovered some huge sum of money and you must release some money to get it to you. They would give multiple convincing excuses that you can easily trust them on but they are all fake people in large numbers over the ocean of internet. Nigerians are infamous for such efrauds who have achieve mastery over it and often claim to be from UK or US. They even send you forged money orders to entrap you and instruct you to encash them. 

After a litter acquaintance, if someone pretends that his daughter, son, mother or father is in hospital then treat it as a hornswoggle only since they often use such excuses in convincing manner (modus operandi) to get to you emotionally. I regularly get such mails in my inbox and often inform their email details to the authorities but not sure if they are taking actions against them or not. Such people often use their fake pictures along with their fake family members in their profiles. They often use military officer's image to ensnare online browsers. It's a scam. To win confidence, one of such guys even convinced and trapped an innocent girl while educating her about online frauds. So be wary of such money hungry people.

Do not ever handover your credit cards for swiping to the workers at the hotel, restaurants or gas stations because they often work for such people and clone the details of your credit cards easily this way on such places.  Over the phone as well, they pretend to be bank employees and ask your card details that they are going to send you new card soon but it's a trap. Don't give your credit card details or OTP (one time password) to them.

Do let your friends, family and loved ones know how they trap people online and make them aware of such frauds.

LET'S PRAISE ONLY THE ONE WHO FULFILLS HIS PROMISES!

There have been stories on NEWS CHANNELS that PM Modi has taken this country to heights? I have been craving to see that height sir and would be immensely pleased to see that happen for my nation. I am hunting everywhere to spot the ground realities of all those big dreams and aspirations PM usually depicts in his speeches.


I only talk and write about what I see around me. What has Mr. Modi given to this country? The Train conditions are as it is, though people are paying 14.2% more since he came to power on a groundless excuse of BITTER DOSE. I recently travelled to Delhi (In Deluxe Train known also as Paschim Express) and had to see multiple unreserved passengers sleeping on floor and in between the births in the reserved coaches and the female and the kids had to walk over them to use toilets.. When I made a complaint about it to the ticket checker he said he is helpless since there are no RPF on train to help him. Is this what PM had increased the fare for? What a Bitter medicine indeed PM Sir and you took extra fare from us to get us such a worriment and discomfort?


With regard to Inflation, I would say it is touching sky and worse than previous UPA government since one who doesn't have black money, can not buy even basic groceries and food to feed his/her family.... The Foreign investment is still in the air and yet to come to India. Where are the dream talks of 2 to 3 lakh crores that were supposed to come to India from China, Japan, Australia etc?... The youths are still hunting for the jobs in desperation in India Mr. PM... Where are the job opportunities that were promised to them? Was it a JUMLA too?


Still, there is a parallel secret government that runs on BLACK MONEY through HAWALA TRANSACTIONS (Money Transfer without Money Movement). Though we often discuss and debate aggressively over BLACK MONEY malady that has destroyed the economy of this nation drastically but nothing concrete has been done to uproot this malpractice. The Black money hasn't even come back on this soil though the promise was that of 100 days by PM. BJP jumps energetically though to take the credit of SIT being constituted for Black Money but we all know the fact well that it was formed because the SC had asked the previous govt and PM had to obey SC when he came to power...


I can not find any good reason, I do not know why PM adores to assail India on his every foreign visit talking about its huge scams and frauds on foreign soil? Is he contesting Elections there? Isn't he supposed to maintain the dignity of the nation in foreign countries? He is literally begging for investments overseas as if India is dying of it. Is he a dignified PM or national beggar of this country? All we need him to take care of at the moment is basic needs and amenities that Indians have been crying for decades and decades. Has any other PM of India or any other nation's PM done it so disgracefully even for investments' sake?

What is the virtual status of much publicized cleanliness drive? People seemed more interested in photo shoots than getting into its this mission. Can India be cleaned by announcing merely nine names of celebrities and business tycoons? Isn't that like finding water in the desert? I find it India as dirty as before. India needs stringent laws' implementation to get it going.

In the name of development, PM seems to be after the land of poor farmers with his dictatorial land ordinance without their consent & approval to please business houses of ADANI AND AMBANI so that he can have another opportunity to inaugurate new hospital of Ambani or may be you never know Adani this time around...


Has PM at all cared to improve the basic immediate needs of Indians? The Govt. offices are behaving in the same old manner, I recently had to go through hell to get Domicile for my child and literally beg them and wouldn't have succeeded had I not come across a compassionate soul in time.. The PM must first focus on basic amenities that a citizen of India needs than talking about Shanghai, bullet train, smart cities and home for every one which will ll take decades in this country.. PM has spoken against Subsidy on number or occasions and yet he feeds subsidized rich cuisines to his parliament who can easily afford to pay from their pocket. What kind of relief has he provided that I must sing a song in his praise?

It was a matter of great pride for every Indian when the entire world celebrated YOGA DAY, an ancient Indian Art for wellness of humanity, on 21st June, 2015 that had spread so gracefully across the globe to acquire international recognition. A couple of days before I saw Indian Yoga doing BHARATNATAYAM on CHINESE MATS. Wasn't PM talking about MAKE IN INDIA a few months back or he has forgotten it for good? Why did he have to order for CHINESE MATS in the first place on such a SPECIAL DAY to ruin his image? Does he believe that Chinese Mats are better option for INDIAN YOGA?

The bad fishes have begun to surface in BJP's pond that PM claimed to be clean. Sushma Swaraj & Rajashtan CM Vasundhara Raje have been caught & proved helping LAMO, an absconder of Indian laws, The court has accepted the petition against PM's favorite HRD Minister, Smriti Irani for whose resignation we have been watching the uproar in Delhi, Pankaja Munde is facing serious allegation of over 200 Crore corruption in Maharashtra and PM's silence is sending wrong signals.

IS INDIA A UNITED COUNTRY?

Every year, the students in Mahrashtra literally go through hell to acquire Domicile certificate whenever they apply for the admission in degree colleges. It is mandatory as a proof of residence for all those students born outside Maharashtra to prove that they are living permanently in the district/State and holding permanent address there. Unfortunately, the parents and their wards are unaware & get shocked to learn about it at the time of admission and have to rush in frenzy to acquire it in short span of time. Regrettably, there is no special window facility available to such victimised students in Tahsildar's office which I believe they all deserve in such emergency. And the govt. workers & officers treat them like they usually do in USUAL CASES who have plenty of time to get it done. 

The reason I am writing this post is because I had to face this frightening situation myself. Like many other ignorant parents, it wasn't in my knowledge at all and I got virtually panicky when my daughter learnt & informed me that how important it was for her admission just two days before when she visited her documents verification center which is must for every student before online registration. My daughter was born in Delhi but she has studied in Maharashtra only till date since her Nursery days. Why should a domicile certificate be needed for such a student is something I can't fathom.

To my horror, I saw a huge queue at Andheri Tahsildar's office and was at a loss what to do when people told me it takes usually 15 to 21 days to get it done. Nobody gives a damn to your problems in the govt. offices. I had to spend two days begging peon to higher ups to get it sorted but all in vain. This morning was the last day of online registration for my child, my wife was pretty shaken and on the verge of tears when the time ran out faster than in its usual course but luckily a wonderful soul working in the office, Mr. Narendra Thakur, Tahsildar showed remarkable compassion and stepped forward to help my daughter and made sure she had it before time. No words to express gratitude for such a great soul which is a rarity in government office. 

If you or someone you know are born outside Maharashtra you better make sure to prepare DOMICILE CERTIFICATE beforehand.

DID SUSHMA SWARAJ HELP CRIMINAL LALIT MODI WITH TACIT SUPPORT OF PM?

Contrary to BJP's expectation, the bomb exploded right over the celebration of Modi's government that had ensued with two heavy-weight slogans, VARSH EK KAM ANEK & MODI SARKAR KAAM LAGATAAR. For a past few days, the Congress is relentlessly assailing Modi Govt. from every possible angle & position over how Sushma Swaraj helped Lalit Modi, the former IPL Chief, a high profile absconder of law embellished with Blue corner notice against him, who has serious allegations of money laundering to the tune of hundreds of crores pertaining to IPL that was launched by him. On the other hand, the PM is suffering from fresh serious allegation of defending the foreign minister, Sushma Swaraj because of the undue favour to Lalit Modi by her under PM's tacit support it seems, said Rahul Gandhi. It looks obvious that Sushma had extended her helping hand due to latent nod of PM, added Rahul in Chhatisgarh. 

Though, she is fighting back fiercely with tweet after tweets that she extended favor merely on humanitarian grounds since Lalit Modi's wife was suffering from cancer and her hubby needed travel documents badly for her treatment but no body seems prepared to believe her words any longer since her daughter Bansuri Swaraj also is believed to be working in the battery of high profile lawyers for Lalit Modi who is believed to have helped her husband's nephew as well for admission in England. The Pandora of evils is not yet fully open and it is going to put many more to shame. The opposition is demanding and looks hell-bent on her resignation.

It appears the serious charges slapped on foreign Minister is bound to take sacrifice of her ministry in the times to come. Ashutosh from AAP has remarked appositely on this controversial issue that if Sushma Swaraj is asked to help some terrorist on humanitarian grounds, would she still help?

SCHOOLS, COLLEGES OF EDUCATION OR MONEY-MINTING INSTITUTION

In India, most of the private schools and colleges are owned by Indian corporators, MLAs, MPs, bureaucrats, politicians, their friends and relatives who have amassed their capital and assets exponentially within short span of time. All these colleges were built with government grants and aids while they were in power. They all hold significant positions in school and college managements and have huge stakes in them. All these schools and colleges fleece off money from the parents hiking their fees every now and then. Though at times, parents unite and raise voices against this gross injustice but all in vain since nothing happens in the end in this country. The media covers their grievances and tries to help them but their efforts lay in futility.

During admissions all the colleges charge processing fees exorbitantly from each applicant category wise. If one is applying for two categories then he/she has to dole out twice the amount of that fee. Whether one takes or gets admission in the college or not, the processing fee is not refunded. Literally every college sends message to students' phone numbers, only god knows how they get data of every student, and ask them to apply for admission. I was reading the instructions for filling online forms and I was aghast to learn about this blatant extortion that takes place in every college across our nation. For example:- if thousand students apply in a college with the processing fee of 2500/- then it adds up to 25,00,000 Lakhs non-refundable amount and that has nothing to do with his/her yearly fees which eats up savings of the parents . This unjust yet organized legal exaction bleeds countrymen year by year. 

A big segment of Indians possesses black money in our country hence doesn't get affected by it at all but the ones who are at receiving ends are poor and middle classes of India. Moreover, the quota system existent in the private educational institutions offers the management freedom to plunder India legitimately and subsequently the meritorious candidates helplessly watch it happen like mute spectators and hardly get berth in the colleges of their choice. More than 700 MBBS seats were sold openly between 35 Lakhs to 50 Lakhs each in MP that is still under investigation and that accrues to whopping over 200 crore illegal wealth in medical field.

Do we need emergence of another revolution on our soil to crush this massive clamant corruption in educational sector that is decaying India on yearly basis?

WOULD ARVIND SEEK ANOTHER APOLOGY FROM HIS VOTERS SOON?

How many times Arvind Kejriwal is going to seek apologies for taking wrong decisions. The stubbornness does pay dividends when one is right I do agree but it also takes one's dignity away when he/she is wrong. This time around, Arvind has gone dead wrong on selection of his dubious MLA, Jitendra Tomar. What made Arvind bend his holy rules for his law minister, Jitendra Tomar is a million dollar question for everyone. The cops seem to possess sound evidences against Tomar or else they would not have dared arrest him. If he is proved to be having bogus degrees as it seems most likely to happen then Arvind would not be able to control the colossal damage for his colossal mistake even if he seek another apology for it. The worst part is that we are living in a rotten system where there is no filtration of bogus documents from genuine ones and Tomar has taken the entire country for a ride for years practising as eligible lawyer in high court with fake degrees. 

It is pertinent to mention here that Jitendra Tomar had shifted loyalty from Congress to AAP. The stories about his fake degrees were doing the rounds on various news channels yet, Arvind stubbornly accorded this MLA a special favour overruling the media reports and also against strong reservations of Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan. Not only he made him a minister; he went ahead and showered upon him the law ministry defying Indian media & opposition's sense of perception. He must have been a die-hard fan of Jitendra Tomar whose dubious degrees were fraught with uncertainty or else Arvind would not have put his and his party's image on stake on those degrees that looked prima facie fake.

It's a known fact that after Delhi's CM assumed power, he made a series of mistakes and subsequently he apologised for all those personal errors to win back people's confidence. How could his sense of perception be so poor that he could not judge between right and wrong when it was so easy for Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav. 

Currently, Arvind seems so much influenced by flattery that he can not see anything beyond his coterie. I wonder if he is the same leader who made PM lick dust in Delhi elections and rose to skies overnight with first-ever historic mandate of 67 seats out of 70. The lopsidedness in his decisions has been observed right after he assumed power and became Delhi CM. Has the power hit his brains? Why does he look so dependent on his close pals now that he can not make his own sound independent decisions? 

Yesterday, it was the darkest day of AAP after his law minister was taken away by Delhi cops to be produced in the court for remand for further investigation and the remand was given since the honourable court observed clinching evidences with the officer. After the remand, Arvind must surely have realized his mammoth mistake. He was so much speechless that he couldn't dare utter a word after this dreadful sequence of his MLA's arrest but I am sure he would soon break his silence and seek another apology for his greatest mistake till date. It must not be forgotten that Arvind had given byte to media in daylight that if any of his men is ever found guilty he must be penalised with twice the amount of punishment written in the constitution for his/her crime.

Kejriwal has become a ' ghuta hua ' politician
Since it has now become quite clear that Tomar's degree is fake, it is now high time that AAP and Kejriwal should apologise to the people of Delhi for taking them for a ride and shamelessly defending Tomar.
Kejriwal should also explain why he made such a fraudulent person like Tomar, the Law Minister of Delhi, despite being warned by Prashant Bhushan and others of the allegations against Tomar. If Kejriwal was an honest leader he should have sacked Tomar earlier when the issue came to the limelight, instead he shamelessly kept on defending him and misleading people.
This incident vindicates my stand that Kejriwal has now become a typical, ' ghuta hua ', Indian politician who will do every trick to hang on to power. As long as someone is personally loyal to him, he will overlook his misdeeds.
Kejriwal should now stop taking the moral high ground. There are reports that other MLAs of AAP also have allegations of having fake degrees, apart from that lovely lady, Smriti Irani, who,of course, for this very reason deserved to be appointed Union HRD Minister . Kejriwal must clarify these serious charges in the court of the public as soon as possible

Every Body Says Here They Are Against Corruption But They Hardly Show Their Intent In Action. 

Arvind Kejriwal to win Delhi Elections had probably promised almost moon to Delhi residents. However when he came to power he began to realize that he could only deliver about 40-50% of what he had committed to his people and honestly he confessed to media about it but that was the greatest blunder on his part on initial stage of his being in power. That was too early an admission for a relatively new leader like him and he was rewarded with deserving criticism, the heavy price he paid for it.

THE CORRUPT BUREAUCRACY WILL NOT LET ARVIND SUCCEED IN DELHI...

His prime motive to crush corruption in Delhi can not be doubted at all for his intent is fairly true but to achieve his goals he needs constant support of bureaucrats working in his government. Ostensibly, they may be with him on paper but not with their hearts since the bureaucracy has predominately become corrupt in India. He seems to be going through hell of a struggle to take honest bureaucrats on board facing stiff challenges coming from LG's office who is hardly allowing any space to him to do so. Earlier, he had asked The center to get him honest officer, Sanjiv Chaturvedi who had exposed corruption in Haryana State Government and AIIMS but that demand was refused too. It is shameful and atrocious that PM's home ministry has threatened Arvind Kejriwal that the officers coming from Bihar to help him in the fight against corruption would not get their salaries.

SHAMEFUL THREAT FROM HOME MINISTRY OF PM MODI

How far he is going to be succeeded in it is yet to be seen because he in an intense despair is trying to implement honesty in Delhi administration. Unfortunately, the Implementation of his schemes and policies is exclusively in bureaucrats' hands; that means he is majorly depended on them. He has no means to read their minds. Earlier it was a great source of income for the govt. officials but now their hands are dry.

The only lethal weapon against corruption Arvind has is the ACB. He may have taken a genuine decision to strengthen ACB with state-of-the-art recently ordered equipment and he may have to order more in the times to come but the biggest problem for him is that he is walking alone in the river infested with too many corrupt crocs. 

HAVE THE BUREAUCRATS GANGED UP AGAINST HIS FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION TO MAKE HIM HELPLESS?

In this fight against corruption Arvind with never-give-in attitude has created innumerable enemies around him because his presence as CM in Delhi has dried up all the resources of illegal income for many in higher echelon. Though Arvind has a steel will and he may care none in the line of his duty to fortify his ACB the only grounds left with him now to fire at the corruption in Delhi which unfortunately PM is trying to snatch away from him. 

Arvind is trying hard desperately to prepare a rock-solid team of honest officers to aid him in this battle for which he has sought help from other states but no help seems to be coming to him. He had also written to PM to get him help in IAS officers selection but all in vain. It is a daunting task ahead for him to find honest officers especially in a scenario when the other States are point-blank refusing his demand to lend him upright IAS officers and showing latent reluctance to help him & that fairly shows he is seems to be the lone crusader against corruption in India. 

This is do-or-die situation for Arvind because he is well aware with the fact that his failure this time around may end his political career and he would have no other opportunity in the future but if he manages to triumph catching some BIG FISHES then he may end up superseding even PM. Luckily he is not alone, Bihar CM has stepped forward to lend him a helping hand in his fight against corruption.
