CAN ONLY CORRUPTION SAVE US FROM INFLATION?

This satirical poem seems quite apt to me for my blog in the current scenario of Indian politics where the indians are doomed to suffer more and more under the regime of New Government of BJP. I took the permission of Mr. Sandeep, the author of this poem, who has expressed his deep angst against corruption and Inflation eating at his heart, raising a big question if corruption is the only way to deal with this horrible inflation in our country.

Sadly, BJP leaders are defending this steep hike with their lame excuses that this fare raise was proposed by the previous govt. in the month of February. The Congress was only replaced because the Indians expected a sea change in the policies and if BJP is to follow UPA's policy then what is the point of BJP being in the center and not taking their own decisions to fulfill the promises made to the voters.

"भ्रष्टाचार करने के लिए,
किसी सर्टिफिकेट,
की ज़रूरत नहीं होती,
न एजुकेशन, न उम्र की कोई बाधा है,
लोकतान्त्रिक देश में,
पूरा देश आप का कार्यक्षेत्र है,
मत रुको आगे बढ़ो,
जहाँ मिले जैसे मिले,
भ्रष्टाचार करो
खूब सारे पैसे कमाओ,
ईमानदार रह कर क्या बना पाए यारों,
भ्रष्टाचार के क्षेत्र में अब तो हाथ आजमाओ,
माँ बाप का, देश का नाम विश्वपटल
पर रोशन कराओ,
बस यही एक रास्ता है,
महंगाई से निपटने का,
न सब्जी महंगी है,
न रेल किराया बढ़ा है,
न बिजली के दाम बढे हैं,
ये आप की गरीबी है,
जो आप चिंतित हैं परेशान हैं,
भ्रष्टाचारियों के समूह में
'महंगाई' एक मामूली बात है।
