Rahul holds an edge & ace up his sleeve to trump PM, Modi on this grave issue...
THE CENTER'S DECISION TO NOT ALLOW RAHUL GANDHI'S FOODPARK PROJECT IS MOST LIKELY TO BACKFIRE...
RAHUL GANDHI TALKS IN FAVOR OF FARMERS AND LABORERS IN PARLIAMENT |
This surely looks like an important phase of transformation in #IndianPolitics to me as Indian politicians are getting aware of what they are supposed to do for their survival.
Today, Rahul Gandhi in continuation to his new AVATAR has raised a very substantial question in #Loksabha as to why FOOD PARK has been cancelled which is in favor of local farmers and laborers of his constituency. The said acuate question pinched BJPians pretty hard and created quite a flutter in their camp since it is most likely to batter their image further. The Madam Speaker, Sumitra Mahajan, had to intervene to silence the BJP camp to let Rahul continue.

LAUNCHING OF FOOD PARK BY RAHUL GANDHI IN AMETHI IN 2013 |
With regard to commotion, 'Don't let it worry you friends, I am not talking about suit in the house today but potato, quipped Rahul to quieten the ruling camp.
Later, he explained that the main idea & purpose behind the UPA govt's launching of #FoodPark of Amethi was the betterment of farmers. A few years back, a farmer had approached him during his visit and asked a worrisome question that they often sell the potato at 2Rs. a kg and when their children have to buy chips they have to spend Rs.10 for a packet that has only one potato in it.
What is the MAGIC behind this, Rahul asked entertaining the house?
The worried farmer gave the reason that the distant factories that manufacture food products can not be accessed by them therefore the middlemen, hoarders and stockists take advantage of this situation and book heavy profits by selling their crop on higher rates to them. This entire episode had given birth to the concept of FOOD PARK, said Rahul, which will benefit millions of farmers in the long run for they would be able to sell their crop directly to the factories through this concept.
If Rahul Gandhi works hard & pursues this matter consistently he may get the farming community and the others who voice concerns for their betterment in his favor to a great extent. This revolutionary concept has all the potential to attract voters to Congress's fold. Had the Congress executed it during its tenure it would not have been defeated so badly by BJP with a great margin in 2014 General Election.
Rahul also added sarcastic remark that Mr. Modi during his visit to Amethi had promised the voters in his 52 mins speech that he is not there to do politics of revenge but of change which had indeed impressed him then. Unfortunately & shamefully BJP cancelled the FOOD PARK OUT OF REVENGE which is evidently an onslaught on farmers' interests.
In response to his needle-like question, Rajnath Singh has assured him and the house that he would find out why this FOOD PARK was cancelled in his constituency and would let him know the findings personally.
BJP also knows it well that if this original pro-farmers concept of Rahul Gandhi gets success which is incidentally not in favor of corporate and big business houses it is going to lend greater lead to the Congress in the upcoming elections. This radically unparalleled concept has all the substance to change lives of 67% farming community of this nation drastically.
Caught up in this unpleasant situation, BJP has to tread extremely carefully holding its breath now as the proverb predicts "BETTER TO BE LOW THAN TO BE BROKEN" or else BJP might regret it later. Either ways, this is win-win situation for Rahul Gandhi.
