Good news for all those married men who usually lure young girls hiding their Marital Status and make false promises to establish sexual relations with vulnerable girls in India. A strange & incredible ruling from Mumbai High Court supported a married man who had caught a young collegian in his sexual trap.
In this case, the girl was shocked to discover that her lover was living with his wife the day she had visited his residence unannounced. Mentally aggrieved & shocked to such an extent that she had committed suicide right after she got back home. Though she had exposed the married predator in her suicidal note that she left behind but the high court observed no criminality in it on married man's part and chose to favor the married criminals in its controversial ruling than to offer justice to the family of innocent victims.
This judgment will no doubt make every married man happy who have committed this crime and is facing trial in the court. With this judgment in their favor the married people are likely to be encouraged to commit such crime that can help them get away with it.
In the times when women are looking for their security in the country this would certainly spur a nationwide debate on this issue. If this disturbing order is not challenged in the Supreme Court then the suicide notes of the victims would have no value in the Indian courts henceforth.
