DISCRIMINATION HAS NO PLACE IN DEMOCRACY ACROSS THE WORLD YET IT IS THERE IN LARGEST DEMOCRACY OF THE WORLD...

If one reads below he/she would notice great deal of appalling discrimination prevalent in our constitution. The democratic values world over have  evolved in leaps and bounds over the period but we are still stuck in muck of favouritism. Unfortunately, the people who come to power winning election after election in India have done literally nothing about it since this discrimination (bounty of special privileges) favours them. Why should discrimination be part of our democracy. Isn't this high time to put an end to it? Shouldn't we all raise voices against this sickening illness deeply rooted in our rotten system that favours a few people of our society. I came across this important message with valid questions raised by CHIEF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, SHRI DESHPANDE that shows the harsh realities of the sickening system we have been living in. I thought it wise to put it here for you all.

क्या भारत की संवैधानिक व्यवस्था जनता के साथ धोखा नहीं कर रही है ?

नेता चाहे तो दो सीट्स से एक साथ चुनाव लड़ सकता है !! 

                     लेकिन आप दो जगहों पर मत (वोट ) नहीं दाल सकते। 

आप जेल में बंद हों तो वोट नहीं डाल  सकते  !! 

                     लेकिन नेता जेल में रहते हुए भी चुनाव लड़ सकता है । 

आप अगर जेल जा चुकें हैं तो आप जीवन भर कोई सरकारी नौकरी नहीं पा सकते !!

                     लेकिन नेता चाहे कितनी बार भी हत्या, बलात्कार के मामले में जेल गया हो वो देश का प्रधानमंत्री                     और राष्ट्रपति भी बन सकता है। 

बैंक में नौकरी पाने के लिए आप का ग्रेजुएट होना ज़रूरी है !!

                   लेकिन नेता अंगूठा छाप हो तो भी वह भारत का फाइनेंस मिनिस्टर बन सकता है। 

आपको सेना में एक मामूली सिपाही की नौकरी पाने के लिए डिग्री के साथ दस किलोमीटर दौड़ कर भी दिखाना पड़ता है !!

                  लेकिन नेता यदि अनपढ़ गँवार और लूला लंगड़ा है तो भी वह आर्मी, नेवी और एयर फ़ोर्स का चीफ                       यानी डिफेंस मिनिस्टर बन सकता है 

और तो और जिस नेता के पूरे खानदान में कोई स्कूल न गया हो तो भी वह नेता हमारे देश में शिक्षा मंत्री बन सकता है, और जिस नेता पर हज़ारों केस चल रहे हों,  वो नेता पोलिस डिपार्टमेंट का चीफ यानि गृह मंत्री बन सकता है 

अगर आपको लगता है कि  इस सिस्टम को बदल देना चाहिए 

नेता और जनता के लिए एक ही कानून होना चाहिए
