INFLATION HAS AFFECTED ONLY GOVT. EMPLOYEES OF THIS NATION

#SeventhPayCommision #ArunJaitley #Inflation #JusticeMathur

JUSTICE A K MATHUR DISPENSES JUSTICE TO ONLY GOVT EMPLOYEES...

Wow, this is what we vote our leaders to power for. On Thursday, the seventh pay commission submitted it final report to finance minister, Arun Jaitley and suggested 23.55% hike in pay & allowances of Govt. employees. Every Govt. that comes in power in India does the same routine as if only the Govt. employees are suffering from inflation in this country. The recommendations are as follows.

23.55% increase in pay and allowances are recommended by the Pay Commission & that is to be implemented from January 1, 2016. After its effectuation, the minimum pay of every Govt. employee would be 18k per month & maximum Rs 2.25 lacs

INFLATION HAS AFFECTED ONLY GOVT. EMPLOYEES OF THIS NATION & THE REST OF THE NATION IS INFLATION-PROOF...

The Financial impact of implementing these recommendations would be Rs 1.02 lac crore – Rs 73,650 crore to be borne by Central Budget and Rs 28,450 crore by Railway Budget. The Govt. doesn't seem to have any money to exempt loans for our poor farmers whose burden forces them to commit suicide, let lone giving relief to poor & middle class of this country with new plans & policies but for its employees the Govt. opens the door wide of its exchequer.

Someone has aptly written with adequate poignancy & s
arcasm.

DELHI GOVERNOR GIVES LAND FOR BJP OFFICE MARKED FOR SCHOOL...

#DelhiGovernor #NajeebJung #DelhiGovt #CentralGovt

LAND EARMARKED FOR SCHOOL GOES FOR BJP OFFICE...

The stand-off between Delhi Govt. and governor, Najeeb jung continues and would last forever. Deputy chief minister, Manish Sisodia accused that Najeeb Jung allotted a land for BJP office that was earmarked for a Govt. school. As it is, the capital is short of land and the governor makes brilliant use of whatever is left of it. The education of Delhi kids doesn't seem to be important at all for Delhi Governor it seems.

This sounds like most stupid action taken by superb brains of Delhi Governor that amply shows his mind has retired well before his retirement. Is this what he is desiring for, early retirement? And who he is trying to please by the way by allotting school land is quite evident to even a peon's common wits. After this remarkable feat on his behalf, I doubt strongly that he deserves to be on this post any longer.

In the first place, should this kind of land-grab-practice be allowed on our soil? Is this how every political party during its tenure plunders public land in this country? This issue shows again the ugly nexus of bureaucrats & politicians that has been eating our national wealth

Look at the funniest defence of BJP on this issue: The BJP first stated that due procedure had been followed for allotment of land to it and the land was allotted during the Congress-led UPA government’s regime.

We all chose BJP over Congress because we did not like scams, corruption and their policies. Is this what we opted for?

"I am really disappointed to know that you have allotted a land belonging to a school to to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for constructing its office," Sisodia said in a letter to Jung.

MUST READ LETTER TO GOVERNOR BY MANISH SISODIA

This public-land-grab issue can easily be challenged in the court and taken back from BJP. There is an interesting tweet on this issue below.

BIHARI DEFEATS BAHARI IN BIHAR

#BiharElection #NitishKumar #NDA #PmModi

PM'S ARROGANCE GETS SHATTERED IN BIHAR...

In 2014, the predictions were being circulated all round in the country that Modi is going to remain PM of India for at least next 20 years and look at where he has reached today. BJP leaders may try to defend Modi for this great loss owning responsibility for it but every body knows the battle was drawn between PM & Nitish.

CM TROUNCES PM...

Nearly as worse as was in Delhi, I can define Bihar assembly's poor electoral results for BJP in multiple ways like it is an explicit defeat of its non-performance, arrogance, overconfidence, unacceptable ideology, pro-rich policies, intolerance, non-secular voices in party and so on.

The scene was entirely different in 2014 after A
nna Hazare & his team opened the eyes of the entire nation & created anti-Congress wave pan India. The Indians were tired of the Congress's massive scams that were exposed by CAG at the time when the nation was reeling under colossal corruption, and the voters were looking for new leader to run this country. When Modi's name was announced for PM's candidature, the people literally believed in every word Modi said during his rallies and a series of commitments he was making to the nation to win the General elections.

Probably, he is the first PM of India who had lost the connect with his people so soon and therefore lost his credibility & popularity within the short span of one year. We all know what happened in Delhi after a year or so since people had started disbelieving him altogether though he had put all his might via entire parliament & State Ministers for campaigning for him in order to save his prestige but all his preventive measures went in vain.

MODI FRITTERED AWAY HIS GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY

I am of the opinion that he has frittered away the golden opportunity of his life that was given to him by the Indian voters with never-before historic mandate because his focus has been chiefly on the future policies and plans whereas people expected him to tackle present crisis of the country. There are many issues he should have taken care of like black money, inflation, employment, education, health etc. if this defeat doesn't open his eyes then nothing would. Luckily, he still has three & half years to catch up & take some concrete steps for the nation to provide immediate relief to his countrymen for which he had pledged.

In the first place, BJP shouldn't have put PM's prestige on stake in Bihar with the bombardment of over 30 rallies of PM making it a clear battle between PM & Nitish Kumar. Why did BJP put him in the forefront is something I can not digest after Delhi's massive trouncing since with the infamous land ordinance, he has cut his bad tailor-made Ten Lac suit image especially for moneyed people with a permanent tagline of SUIT BOOT KI SARKAR. People judge a leader by his actions not his hollow words.

Especially, after the several issues like that of 10 Lakh suit, land acquisition ordinance, travel by Adani's chopper, relentless foreign visits, he has lost connectivity with middle & poor segment of Indian society. I heard over a dozen helicopters were used in Bihar during elections too this time around.

Furthermore, PM even tried to buy the voters with his one lakh & 65 thousands package in a funniest & dramatic manner not suiting at all to the dignity of PM. He behaved like a necromancer to me than a PM. How is it allowed in the democracy in the first place at the time of elections to influence the minds of the voters? Had there been T.N. Sheshan like officer in Indian Election Commission, would it have been permitted?
NONE FELL INTO TRAP OF ONE LAKH & 65 THOUSAND CRORES PACKAGE

LALU WHO GOT ANOTHER LEASE OF POLITICAL LIFE GIVEN GIVEN BY NONE BUT BJP

With this humiliating defeat, Modi has given another lease of life to Lalu Yadav in Bihar whom people had forgot for good. I am sure voters must have voted for RJD since they were hell-bent & predetermined to support Nitish over Modi who had claimed, had more virtuous DNA profile than Nitish Kumar. Nitish Kumar's win is a golden opportunity for him to outperform now and make all his efforts to jump on to national platform as a new force to be reckoned with.

I had exchanged my views with my close friends that it would be good for the nation if BJP loses in Bihar and I am enthralled to see it happen today. Most likely, it would make PM realize that people in India a
re not looking for what he is doing presently or planning for future India. If Modi wants to do something for this nation &  to make most of his highest position then he must give up on travelling abroad and visit Indian villages that can open his eyes what miseries people are living in !

I have been deeply amazed to see today how perfectly, justice Katju had predicted BJP's defeat long back in his blog which you can read below which has virtually come true.

Modi's Waterloo
The Bihar elections are almost certainly going to be Modi’s Waterloo, after which his fortunes are going to rapidly decline. Let me explain.
In most of India, including Bihar, most people vote on caste and religious lines. The exception is when there is a wave, which cuts through these lines.

EMBARRASSMENT CONTINUES FOR THE BJP GOVT...

#IndianWriters #BjpGovt #Dadri #ReligiousIntolerance #RaghuramRajan #

IN CURRENT SCENARIO OF RELIGIOUS UPHEAVAL, WRITERS AND OTHER ARTISTS TRY TO PUT SENSE INTO INDIAN GOVT. BY RETURNING THEIR AWARDS...

After Dadri's cold blooded murder of a Muslim man over beef rumour by village mob of hardcore Hindus as if there is no law & order in this country, in another fresh embarrassing development, Writer, director, Saeed Mirza with a huge chunk of 24 film makers is to return national awards over FTII row & religious intolerance that has erupted during BJP regime.

The burning issue seems to be getting out of control for the present Govt. as there are many in power like Vijayvargiya, yogi aAditynath, vishwa Hindu Parishad leader, Sadhvi Prachi etc. creating headaches everyday for BJP by spewing venom against writers who have already surrendered their awards in protest against people being attacked and killed for their beliefs. Barely a day goes by these days without a BJP's politician putting a foot in his mouth by giving inflammatory statement.

Unfortunately, there are many in writers' community and other fields who have condemned the praiseworthy action of intellectuals though.

I personally believe the intellectuals are the eyes to their nation and therefore it is their prerogative to do so in democracy and seems wise & brave enough to protect the unity of this nation by giving their awards back.

Indian Film makers Return Government Awards in Protest

If you observe the case of Shahrukh who expressed his personal displeasure over religious intolerance lots of voices from BJP and Hindu community inflamed the situation by calling him Pakistani as though there is no space left for personal perception these days in India.  The said issue has not only earned national criticism but international too. Recently, the most significant & crucial observation came from an analyst from GLOBAL RATING Agency that Modi & India could both lose domestic & global credibility if he doesn't take actions.

Mr. Anupam has every right to lead the march to the president's house to counter the writers' move but what Mr. Anupam Kher reportedly has expressed seems dictatorial to me that "NOBODY HAS A RIGHT TO CALL OUR COUNTRY INTOLERANT" as though only he has the right to air his views in India. His sense of perception goes against the perception of President of India too as he has spoken against rising intolerance in India on three separate occasions. Is he trying to please PM through this march since his wife Kirron Kher is an MP from BJP?

A spate of Sudden murders of Indian writers is showing the horrific picture of how the sanctity of unity of India is being tempered with by some hard core elements in Hindu community. In August, M M Kalburgi who has been a strong critic of idol-worshipping was gunned down by a visitor, and his death followed the murder of a Communist Leader. Have we forgot the chilling murder of rationalist Govind Pansare who ran an NGO against superstitions. If one holds different view to something, it doesn't give right to someone to crush his life. Aren't we losing democratic values? What does it signify, tolerance

Two different Muslim men have been attacked one after another over the rumours of transporting beef, the other for allegedly smuggling cows. Is opposition coining these rumours? What is happening in India is turning into international news as well. It is bringing huge shame to this nation. 'SAB KA SATH, SAB KA VIKAS' & 'INCLUSIVE GROWTH' looks like a hollow slogan now that was merely a political ruse to win the election. Do you see peaceful picture of tolerance through all these incidents? TALK SENSE !

Even Raghuram Rajan, Governor of Reserve Bank of India, has expressed his concern calling for mutual respect and tolerance. The scientists, social scientists, sociologists, top historians, writers, artists & film makers in large numbers have raised their voices directed at the government for the first time in India. Why now?  Have they all gone nuts all of a sudden? Have they lost their sense of perception? Are all of them slaves to opposition?

INDIAN COURT DISPENSES JUSTICE AFTER DEATH...

#Dda #DelhiDevelopmentAuthority #IndianCourts #VillageBharola

JUSTICE GIVEN AFTER DEATH IS NO JUSTICE...

I have written on number of occasions how bad our judiciary gets especially for poor Indians but whenever I read such kind of sickening news it forces me to write again.

What a classic example this is to the world as to how developed we Indians are... Indian justice system performs poorly again with justice given to six people by a trial court after their death in a case that lingered on for 54 years in the court. Mind it readers, it is not new for the Indians but the fourth important pillar of Indian constitution shows gaping cracks widening considerably year by year as the times moves on in this nation. The governments come and go but none in the power does anything to repair its terrible fractures that cry for national attention.

In this amusing civil suit, DDA (Delhi Development Authority) had accused nine men from village Bharola of illegally acquiring a government land. The most ludicrous & absurd part of the case is that DDA did not even exist at all at the time when DDA claimed those people had encroached its land. Eventually, additional District Judge Kamini Lou had to rule in favour of the ten accused but it was too late since six of them had already passed away.

I do not think, our law system would punish those DDA officers who had made their lives miserable during such a long litigation. Perhaps, they are dead too by this time.
