INDIAN COURT DISPENSES JUSTICE AFTER DEATH...

JUSTICE GIVEN AFTER DEATH IS NO JUSTICE...

I have written on number of occasions how bad our judiciary gets especially for poor Indians but whenever I read such kind of sickening news it forces me to write again.

What a classic example this is to the world as to how developed we Indians are... Indian justice system performs poorly again with justice given to six people by a trial court after their death in a case that lingered on for 54 years in the court. Mind it readers, it is not new for the Indians but the fourth important pillar of Indian constitution shows gaping cracks widening considerably year by year as the times moves on in this nation. The governments come and go but none in the power does anything to repair its terrible fractures that cry for national attention.

In this amusing civil suit, DDA (Delhi Development Authority) had accused nine men from village Bharola of illegally acquiring a government land. The most ludicrous & absurd part of the case is that DDA did not even exist at all at the time when DDA claimed those people had encroached its land. Eventually, additional District Judge Kamini Lou had to rule in favour of the ten accused but it was too late since six of them had already passed away.

I do not think, our law system would punish those DDA officers who had made their lives miserable during such a long litigation. Perhaps, they are dead too by this time.
