SITTING CM OF TAMILNADU, JAYALALITHA TURNS PRISONER NO 7402

GREEDY MISSION PUSHES JAYALALITHA FROM PALACE TO PRISON...

Yesterday, the HISTORIC VERDICT by special Judge, John Michael D’cunha punished hard the first sitting CM, Jayalalitha, though the case dragged on shamelessly in court for past 18 years but with this delayed verdict, Indians have to embrace the proverb helplessly, ‘Better Late Than Never’ and make do with what is being offered to them. Yet, this special judge known for dealing such cases with severity deserves NATIONAL RESPECT for his immaculate integrity because the countrymen have witnessed so many instances in the past wherein judges have been partially or wholly influenced by the State or Central political pressures or else his/her monetary greed has been the cause behind judicial corruptions.

This verdict may have been the rattling cause of greatest joy in the hearts of honest Indians but given the painful fact that thousands of powerful so-called pure white fishes are still at large across country and they may still be digging gold abusing their powers in some govt office of the other. Isn't this a blatant discrimination in our system that some of them even facing the same kind of corruption charges against them that of amassing disproportionate asset and abuse of power for past decades are mile away from the reach of Indian Laws and roaming free in this INCREDIBLE INDIA because the cases are inching forward on snail pace in the courts for years and years?

This particular verdict may bode well and look like beginning of Achche Din by Indian judiciary but this credit positively would not go to our PM who had assured ACHCHE DIN. It may be recalled, Mr. Modi had made countless promises on multiple counts like, inflation, corruption & black money being brought back with specific deadlines and so on but we are yet to see the fulfillment of those political commitments made by him during his electoral rallies.

Do the Prison Authorities really follow Jail Manual in India when it comes to high profile people? Jayalalitha is believed to have spent the first day in Prison Guest House with amenities never offered to common prisoners. Is she a prisoner or Guest? I believe soon there would be a petition in the court against this blatant discrimination and privileges being extended to her.

Since this post is about the greed let me add here, the avarice in Indian politics is so ugly that the power-hungry politicians here refuse to leave the govt. bungalows even after series of notices being served to them. The situation is like blood sucking leeches not ready to give up on skin, It even reaches the sorry point when the water & electricity supply is denied to them to get the places vacated.

The chief reason for delayed judgment in Indian courts is believed to be the fact that the Courts are overloaded with innumerable cases due to shortage of judges and courts and at times such high profile cases are intentionally manipulated and postponed by the veiled support of the State Govts that safeguards their political career and allows them to continue in their offices.

There are thousands of vacancies in judicial domain and scarcely the appropriate measures have been taken by the successive Indian governments to take care of this NATIONAL MALADY. Probably, they want this status quo to continue only to protect their vested interests.

If you remember, when Mr. Modi came to power he had declared that all such high profile cases would be dealt within a span of one year. Let’s wait and watch if that would come true or turn out to be another fake promise.

AMAZING INDIA!

INCREDIBLE INDIA!

SC UNDERMINES ITS OWN CREDIBILITY BY ASKING WHISTLEBLOWER'S NAME...

It is a case of great dishonor to this country that the ACE investigating agency of India’s chief is under scanner for past fortnight. The entire india is watching this shameful episode in news channels every day that throws light suggesting on the detestable complicity of Ranjit Sinha, CBI chief to help certain influential people behind the walls of his well-secured residence. Had the existence of such a log register not come to public domain, none would have known about the sensational facts that has exposed the backdoor entries and meetings with undesired elements (high profile people implicated in Coal & 2G Scams and so on) by CBI Chief. This particular notorious case reflects that even after decades of independence, the laws are still not equal for top layer of Indian society since they have got pretty easy access to CBI chief that makes easier to them with wealth, political pressures and clouts under their sleeves. I wonder how come the preventive measures haven't been taken to stop this till date.

A few days back, CBI chief, Mr Sinha and his lawyer were desperate to know the name of whistle blower and now to the dismay of whole nation, Supreme court of India seeks the name that would eventually lead to irreparable damages to judiciary's image. A great number of innocent and honest whistle blowers have been silenced with gory violence in the past by the corrupt syndicate of politicians, bureaucrats & anti-social elements in this country. Yet, SC having known all these alarming statistics and also that it might pose a great threat to this particular whistle blower’s life as well, asks his/her name.

why? Is SC trying to offer tacit favor to CBI chief who has been demanding to know the name of whistle blower who had pulled down the tower of CBI chief’s integrity to pieces? Isn't this a big question as to what is the purpose behind this strange demand of SC? Is it really significant for SC to know the source of entry-register for its sense of judgment? Why this sudden attention on WHISTLE BLOWER'S IDENTITY by SC than discovering the criminality of CBI chief who has already confessed in the court that he had met a few people at his residence who were under CBI investigation. In the past, the entire country has strongly voiced over and over for the safety of such daring, innocent and honest whistle-blowers and that even later compelled Indian politicians to enact a bill to safeguard their lives after so many decades of clamor and chaos over this issue.

It is great news that in response to this horrific demand of SC, CPIL (center for public interest litigation) has refused to reveal the identity of this whistle blower since it is ultra important for the sanctity of trust that whistle blower had reposed in the supreme court lawyer, Prashant Bhushan. I personally salute this guy who has kept his word even being under immense pressure from SC. He is one of those who can never be cowered into submission and would leave no stone unturned to crush the snake of corruption from Indian soil.

Look at how senior advocate, Vikas Singh, appearing for CBI chief, perceives it, he blurts out funnily, “CPIL’s decision not to reveal the whistleblower’s name is both an insult and contempt to the court. Doesn’t CPIL trust the judges who had asked the name in a sealed envelope? Does the petitioner feel the judges would reveal the identity?” It is nothing but another way of exerting more pressure. This crosses the boundaries of desperation to know the name of this whistleblower. Lots of intellectuals all over India have criticized this unusual demand of our Supreme Court. It is high time SC withdraws its abhorring demand to know the name of the whistleblower or else it is going to hurt the credibility of our judiciary evermore.

SC's demand is atrocious since it has no relevance with its judgment of the said case. If you remember, CBI chief had initially rubbished the news that there was no existence at all of third register and it is nothing but a fake one. Presumably, if that is the fact then how come Ranjit Sinha and his lawyer have been demanding to know the source who provided the register to PRASHANT BHUSHAN? Their desperation to know the person's name emphasizes pretty amply that this register is genuine and they are after the facial id of the person who damaged his image beyond repair.

How come there is no CCTV installation at CBI Chief's residence till now to record entries of people visiting his house since he is heading the ACE INVESTIGATING AGENCY, CBI?

AFTER DELHI GOVERNOR, SUPREME COURT OF INDIA EXTENDS UNDUE FAVOR TO RULING BJP…

ELECTIONS CAN TAKE PLACE IN OTHER STATES NOT IN DELHI...

In India, the horse-trading has been exposed over and over in the past and recently again by AAP with the help of sting operation. The recent ruling of SC reflects that the horse trading would always remain integral part of Indian polity because no strict measures have ever been executed with severity to end this malady. It is strange and appalling that with a clear attitude of nobody can overrule us, the bench of SC judges doesn't pay heed to substantial sting operation conducted by AAP which to even a layman seems glaring evidence of horse-trading in Indian politics and offers another month to Governor, Najeeb Jung to go ahead to explore possibilities to form the govt.

WOW! WHAT A GREAT SENSE OF JUDGMENT!

On one side SC warns the governor that if the govt. is not formed at earliest, there would be chances of horse-trading and see just contrary to what SC is saying, SC extends time & leverage to BJP for what they were caught doing on camera. The entire country has seen the sting operation wherein BJP leaders are shown clearly making ABHORRING ATTEMPTS TO HORSE TRADE AAP MLA with four Crore allurement yet it makes no impact over SC. If this kind of foolproof evidence being treated like incredible and insignificant by highest judges, has zero value in Supreme Court then this country is only at the pure mercy of God.

HOW CAN ONE EXTEND TIME ESPECIALLY TO A PARTY THAT WAS ALREADY CAUGHT ON CAMERA CONDUCTING ILLEGAL HORSETRADING BUSINESS?

This sort of UNEXPECTED JUDGMENT leaves an impression as SC offering TACIT SUPPORT TO BJP for horse-trading only. Is it a favor to be in good books of the ruling government? On the other side, the country’s so called watchdog of democracy, the Election commission of India seems to be watching it with both hands over its eyes like a mute spectator especially when the Indian democracy is being butchered by ruling BJP with UNDEMOCRATIC HORSE-TRADING maneuvers as if EC doesn't exist only in this country. And where is the country’s so called self-proclaimed watchman, Mr Narendra Modi ,the PM of this country now? Isn't he watching or he has closed his eyes too to his party’s convenience. He knew though the weaknesses of his men  and that they could easily be trapped in STING OPERATIONS by opposition or news channels that is why he had issued warning to all his ministers long back in June month itself the moment he became PM of this nation.

WHERE ARE HIS VALUES NOW? HIS WORDS DO NOT MATCH WITH HIS DEEDS ANY LONGER. HIS INTENTIONAL SILENCE OVER THIS SENSATIONAL STING THAT HAS PROBABLY DEALT A BIGGEST BLOW ON BJP AFTER WINNING 2014 GENERAL ELECTION, IS EXPOSING HIS LATENT HYPOCRISY, VULNERABILITY AND WEAKNESS TOO...

It reminds me of the SAD PAST when the utter honest Election chief T N Seshan had years back for the first time had exercised the power of EC in true sense in this country that are given to EC by the constitution.

There are very few takers of honesty in Indian politics and bureacracy it seems. The counting can be done on fingers. There are thousands of stories and examples where the honest officers are transferred mercilessly and faced undue suspension at times. It may be recalled that after T N Sheshan’s retirement, no political party in this country offered ticket to him when he desired to contest the election as if there is STRICTLY NO ENTRY TO HONEST PEOPLE and eventually he dared to fight as an independent candidate with a strong belief that Indian voters would support his integrity. But alas, the result is world known! It is really A SAD STORY that honest and righteous people like T N Seshan lose election war here and dreaded dacoit, Phoolan Devi like get the tickets and win the elections too.

DEAR INDIA, I SALUTE YOU!

LET'S ALL GET TOGETHER TO KILL HORSE TRADING FROM INDIAN POLITY...

#HorseTrading #ElectionSurvey #

HORSE TRADING HAS TO GO COME WHAT MAY!

Dear ashok shital:

The BJP is attempting to form a government in Delhi though surveys clearly show that 2/3rd say no to BJP forming a minority govt. According to the poll, about 43% said AAP would get a majority in fresh elections while a smaller 37% felt BJP could get a majority. AAP's Arvind Kejriwal remains the favourite for chief minister, with 34.4% picking him up as their choice compared to 17.1% for Harsh Vardhan. No other potential candidate for the job got even 10% of the votes. (Hindi News Report)

So the message is clear - the BJP would prefer to form a government in Delhi by any means possible rather than face the polls.

Let us say no to the politics of horse trading, donate today to the AAP to so we can set the stage for the return of honest politics to Delhi.

Regards,

Team AAP

LET THEM CRY FOUL! WE HAVE SECRET BALLOT TO PROTECT US...

Dear readers, I have donated money today for free and fair Delhi Election and expect you to do the same as per your own capacity to get a lawfully transparent and accountable govt. of AAP.

It is unfortunate that even today Elections are fought here, not with values and virtues but with MP being traded and govt being formed with horse trading in Indian Democracy.

If you may recall, BJP's top guns recently uttered in the media shamelessly that BJP doesn't indulge in horse trading but to our dismay their MLA get caught red-handed doing just that. It has dented BJP's image pretty badly and to recover from it now BJP is trying to distance itself sending a notice to the people that were caught in this sting net.

Where is the self-proclaimed sentry of India now? Where is the national call of Modi now to protect national assets and interests? Hadn't he said to the people that he would keep an eye like an alert sentry on everything that goes on in India.

PM NARENDRA MODI IN MANMOHAN SINGH MODE OVER DELHI ELECTION...

It is a matter of great regret that Mr. Narendra Modi heading BJP Govt. at the center who had spoken at length in his several interviews over and over about transparency, political ethics, values and accountability that he would be implementing in the governance before winning the national election is all of a sudden quiet on the issue of Delhi Election. How naive I have always been believing that he was quite different from others?

After the results of recent surveys and 100 days of governance, BJP seems to have lost its confidence for re-election or else it would not have made undemocratic attempts to form the govt in Delhi with the tacit support of Delhi Governor. It is unfortunate that the secret ballot process present in our system is nothing but an illegal and undemocratic way especially devised tool, a deceptive maneuver to form govt with loathsome horse trading tactics without letting the people know who voted for whom and who bought whom.

The ethical code, moral principles and values seem to have disappeared for good or else Delhi Governor would not have thought of applying undemocratic procedure modeled by our shrewd politicians with an intent to get strategic advantage through it for such occasions and uncertainties. As the media news doing the rounds, the high light is that the Delhi governor seems to be over eager to offer this advantage to BJP. The question arises, why? Where is the honesty and pious character of Narendra Modi now that Indian media in majority was feeding to this nation day in day out who is watching with no shame happening under his very nose. Where is the wave of Narendra modi now that was served to this nation? Where is the confidence of Narendra Modi now who had promised better days to contryfolks? To me yesterday, he even reeked of overconfidence when he addressed the students of the nation that for next decade he is going to rule India then why does not he ask his party to get ready for re-election when majority of Delhi voters are demanding it.

In my opinion, Indians would not have voted Narendra Modi to power had he spoken the truth before election that he is going to give bitter doses of medicines as soon as he came to power. Nobody would have stamped on BJP's electoral symbol had he spoken the truth before election that he would be the first PM of India to increase the railway transportation fare by 14% in one merciless go. He wouldn't have got thumping majority had he spoken truthfully that he would follow Congress's policy after coming to power which he and BJP spoke about.

There is no doubt that Narendra modi as Indian PM has scored in Japan with a huge sixer, with over two lac crores Japanese investment but he is losing the shine at home consistently because he has not been able to curb inflation and bring back black money as promised relentlessly to the Indians during his rallies. He has not been able to stop killings of Indian soldiers at the border. Pakistan is bashing Indian border more ruthlessly and aggressively now against which Modi and his colleagues were criticizing Congress? he has not been able to stop Chinese incursions into indian territories. Where is the stand of Narendra Modi that he had promised to look straight into the eyes of the neighboring countries? Hadn't he made snarky remarks over Manmohan Singh's silence?

MR. PM SEEMS TO BE NO DIFFERENT FROM OTHERS. There is a huge difference between what a politician says and WHAT HE DOES in India...

Mr. Amit Shah has confessed in Maharashtra that Modi wave is waning gradually but the fact is that there was no such wave. It was anti-Congress wave only and that too was created by none but Arvind Kejriwal with Delhi Revolution that unfortunately fell in favor of BJP because it seemed lesser evil for Indian voters. Indians have realized now that there is only one option left now that is AAP for transparent and accountable governance.

The Delhi voters would no doubt offer the full majority to AAP in this re-election to get JAN LOKPAL that Arvind had promised to Delhiites which only seems to be the way out to eradicate the maladies of CORRUPTION AND INFLATION that is deeply rooted here.

Delhi Voters seem to be well aware now that Arvind had never run away from Delhi Govt but had sacrificed his SUPREME POST AS CM only because CONGRESS AND BJP had shaken hands to stop JAN LOKPAL in the assembly, a move that would help them evade arrests of corrupt politicians & bureaucrats and therefore there was no point for him to remain at that post when he could not honor his commitment he had given to Delhi citizens.

Now is the time when Arvind can fulfill all his promises he had made to Delhi voters once he gets the complete majority in this upcoming re-election and Delhi voters know it well...
